Created Issue: Tab order in "Add" [9666]

Tab order in the "Add" screen is a bit confusing: the expected flow is to go over each option and check-box and then move to the "OK" / "Cancel" buttons.
However, the actual flow skips the "Add copy with 'www.'" check-box, moves to the "OK" / "Cancel" buttons and only then moves to the "Add copy with 'www.'" check-box.

It appears to break the host file into just two columns
{IP address}{whitespace}{domain name}

However, I, and most people I know, put a comment after the domain
12.34.56.78 felix.company.com ## test
12.34.56.78 oscar.company.com ## production

These should be put into a third column.

Closed Issue: Need to catch the crash about missing privileges

Of course the program only works with administrator privileges. But when trying to save an edited HOSTS file without them, the program catches. At this place, you should catch the exception.

Also, on Vista, you have to require system privileges from UAC, my program does that with a manifest.
